William Phillips and his wife Rebecca, Elizth Burton, spinster, Cath. Burton, spinster. v. Edward Burton: Messuage and lands called "Coedgoogan Mill," situate in the parish of Llanbadarne Fawr (Radnor), and a messuage and lands oalled "Rhyd yr vrain," situate in the parish of Kefenlleece (Radnor). Mortgage. Lease and release, &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Francis Burton, of Coedgoogan (Radnor), gent., and his wife Elizabeth, (late father and mother of plaintiff's Rebecca and Catherine), Saml Burton, Esq. (defendant's late father), Thos. Burton, of the parish of Llanvihangel Kevenlleece (Radnor) yeoman (uncle of plaintiffs Rebecca, Elizth, and Cath.), Rees Lewis, late of the parish of St. James, Westminster "Chairman," are mentioned.]: Brecon; Radnor.
