Thos Bowens, Lydia Williams.: Last will and testament and the real and personal estate of Henry Williams, of the parish of Llangenider (Brecon), late father of plaintiff and of Charles Williams, of Llangattock (defendant's late husband). Said estate including a messuage, &c. in Llangunider and Llangattock called "Blaen Clare Vale," "Killey," "the Noyadd," &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Thos.
