William Jones, D.D., Principal of Jesus College, Oxford, and the Fellows and Scholars of the same college, and Matthew Jones, gent. v. Sampson Higgins, Constance Higgins, Anne Higgins.: Manor or lordship of Bach Sitcombe alias Sitcombe (Hereford), (of which the defendants are lords). Touching chief rents claimed as due to said manor for lands called "Gwenllians" alias "Tyr Gwenllian," "the Ruffeast House," and "Pen-y-llan," in the possession of defendant Sampson, Thos. Higgins (grandfather of defendant Anne), and Thos. Higgins his son, late husband of defendant Constance, &c., &c.: Brecon; Oxford
