Sampson Higgins, Constance Higgins, Anne Higgins.: Manor or lordship of Bach Sitcombe alias Sitcombe (Hereford), (of which the defendants are lords). Touching chief rents claimed as due to said manor for lands called "Gwenllians" alias "Tyr Gwenllian," "the Ruffeast House," and "Pen-y-llan," in the possession of defendant Sampson, Thos.
