Allen, freeholders and farmers of divers lands in the south end of Thurmaston (Leicester) and owners and proprietors of cows, heifers, and other neat cattle, on behalf of themselves and the rest of the freeholders, farmers, and occupiers of lands, owners and keepers of cows, heifers, and other cattle in the south end of Thurmaston aforesaid. v. Ralph Wells, gent.: Piece of ground in Thurmaston called "Bull Piece." Whether the owners or occupiers of said ground have in right of said piece or parcel of ground found, provided, and kept or used, or ought to find, provide, and keep a bull or bulls for the use of the cows, heifers, and neat beasts of the freeholders and others in the S. end of Thurmaston, &c., &c.: Leicester
