Samuel Tutty, Richard Ricardo and his wife Mary, James Gardner. v. Theophilus Buckworth, gent., Secelia Garforth, widow, Thos. Wilkins, John Rose, Thos. Mason.: Right and title to and value, &c., of copyhold messuages, &c., lately held of the manor of Crowland (Lincoln) by Saml Kendall, of Crowland, and his wife Elizabeth (the daughter of William Chatteris), &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Wm. Kendall (son of said Saml and Eliz.), Mary (daughter of said Samuel and Elizabeth) who married Samuel Butteris, Sarah (one of the sisters of said Saml Kendall) who married Samuel Tutty, deceased, citizen and freeman of London, Mary (sister of said Saml Kendall) who married Wm. Colls, Barbara (another sister of said Samuel Kendall) who married Danl Gardner, a baker of Peterborough (Northampton), Elizth (another sister of said Saml Kendall) who married first Thos. Colls, and after James Hampson, Anne Bayly, Isaac Bayly, Thos. Allen, Thos. Wright, Thos. Allen, junr., Joseph Phillingham alias Fillingham, Thos. White, Mary (daughter of Mary Colls) who married Richard Riccards, Jas. Gardner (son of Daniel and Barbara Gardner), Isabel Thomasin (sister of said Wm. Chatteris) and her son John Thomasin, Joan the wife of Wm. Tampian, John Thompson (son of Wm. Thompson) who married Mary Smartfoot, Sir Chas. Orby, Bart., and Sir Thos. Orby, Bart.
