William Brockman, esquire. v. Herbert Randolph, esquire.: "Rentall of all the mannor and demeasne lands of the mannor of Aldington at the time purchase thereof" by the defendant Mr. "Randolph, and of what lands or rents the deft. had since purchased and what he had sold or alienated, thereby expressing each rent or payment payable to the lord of the said manor and subject to the payment of the plt. Brockman's fee-farm rent in the said cause in question," said rental being made pursuant to an order of the High Court of Chancery made 25 May 1715 in a cause Brockman v. Randolph.
