Description

The Attorney-General v. Joseph Quash, Esq., Francis Manaton, Esq.: Value, &c., of the estates mortgaged by Margt. Hungerford, widow to John Russell, yeoman, and by him assigned or transferred to the defendant Quash, said estates lying in Chudderleigh, in the parish of Bickleigh (Devon). Treaty for the purchase of said premises by defendant Francis of said Margaret, &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Thos.
