James Oliver, gent., and his wife Dorothy, administratrix, with the will and codicil annexed, to John Fox, late of Fulwood Hall, in the parish of Sheffield (York), gent. v. William Radcliffe, gent., John Wilkinson, Esq., Dorothy Frank, spinster.: Manor and grange of Awndley, in the county of York, and "a fee-farm rent issuing and payable yearly out of the same unto the Crown, or to Charles late Duke of Bolton, or to Robt. Waterhouse, late of Thornhill (York), gent., or to John Waterhouse, late of Sheffield, in the said county of York, Dr in Physick, deceased, or to the said John Fox." Sums of money or fee-farm rent claimed by the plaintiff for the defendant's lands in Eland (York), as being parcel of said manor of Awndley, &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Richard Pilkington, gent., Lady Mary Beaumont, widow and relict of Sir Thos. Beaumont, late of Whitley Hall, knight, Thos. Pilkington (father of said Richard), John Haigh, late of Haigh House, in Quarnby, are mentioned.]: York
