Charles Cartwright, gent., Bridget Cartwright and Barbara Cartwright (infants), by Charles Cartwright their father, next friend, and guardian, Francis Bushell, Esq., and his wife Bridget.: Plaintiff's estate, including the manor of Norton, and lands and tenements in Welham and Sutton, in the parish of Norton (York). Deeds of settlement made upon the marriage of the plaintiff with his late wife Bridget, and upon the marriage of the defendant, Chas. Cartwright, with the plaintiff's daughter Barbara.
