Thomas Greenslade v. Geo. Baker, senior: Messuages called "Larcombe" and "Blagdon," situate in the parish of Cutcombe (Somerset). Leases. "Relating to certain estates and goods which have been seized on a sequestration granted in this cause against the defendant Geo. Baker, senr., and in which James Baker, junr., and Geo. Baker claim property," &c., &c. Touching certain deeds, one made 4 Mar. 1675, between Sir Robert Henley, of Bramshill (Southampton), Bart., and David Dyer, of Lynton (Devon), yeoman, another made 28 Sept., 1 Jas. 2., between Anne Dyer, of Cutcombe (Somerset), widow and administratrix of John Dyer (her late husband), and John Tamlyn, of Arlington (Devon), yeoman, another made 10 June, 28 Chas. 2., between David Dyer, of Lynton (Devon), yeoman, and John Dyer, the elder, of Lynton aforesaid, and John Arlington (Devon), yeoman, another made 18 June 1719, between Geo.
