Berney), Horatio Suckling, Esq., Maurice Suckling, clerk, Thomas Berney, Elizth Berney, Anne Berney, Sarah Berney, Mary Berney, Julian Berney, and John Berney (infants under the age of one-and-twenty years), children of said Thos. Berney, deceased, and the said Anne Burney, widow, Richd. Henly, Esq., and his wife Sarah, and Jane Henly, daughter of said Richard and Sarah.: Estates of the said Thomas Berney (purchased by the plaintiff), including a farm called "Hackering Heath Farm," in the tenure of Thos. Dade, &c., &c. Also touching the messuages, &c., held by defendant Anne Burney, widow, as her jointure lands, &c., &c.
