Bury (an infant), by Wm. Thornton, his next friend. v. WilliamBury, administrator with the will annexed of Sir Thomas Bury, deceased, late Lord Chief Baron of the Court of Exchequer, Edwd. Smith and his wife Mary, Eliz. Bury, widow and relict of Gilbert Bury, gent., John Bury, Esq., Alexr. Erwyn and his wife Jane, John Blankley, gent.: Amount, &c., of stockes standing in the books of the South Sea Compy. and the Bank of England as belonging to Sir Thos. Bury, Knt., late Ld. Chief Baron of the Court of Exchequer, and to which he was entitled on the 4th May 1722, the day of his death. Value, sale, and transfer of said stock by the defendant Wm. Bury (administrator of the personal estate of said Sir Thomas) to Thos. Hall, of Ironmonger Lane, London, merchant, &c., &c. Dividends and profits upon said stock since said 4th May 1722, &c., &c.
