Dorothy Janson, widow, Dingley Askham, gent., Wm. Hatfield and his wife Elizabeth, Sextus Spencer, clerk, John Bury, Wm. Bury, and Thos. Bury (infants) by William Hallows their next friend, William Bury (an infant) by William Thornton his next friend. v.Wm. Bury, Esq., Edwd. Smith, gent., and his wife Mary, Elizth Bury, widow and relict of Gilbt. Bury, gent., John Bury, Esq., Alexr. Erwin, Esq., and his wife Jane, John Blakeley, gent.: Capital stock of the South Sea Company possessed by and standing in the books of said Company in the name of Sir Thos. Bury, Knt., at the time of his death. Value, sale, and transfer of said stock made by defendant Wm. Bury, Esq. Market prices in the years 1722 and 1723, &c., &c. [The names of Michael Garnall or Garnault and Thos.
