Norton Hanson, esquire, Stonier Parrott, gent. v. Henry Green, esquire, James Eales, William Thompson, Edward Higginson, Joseph Syddall.: Village, hamlett, or parish of Sowe, lying and being in the severall "countyes of Warwick and citty of Coventry, andthe barne there scituate, commonly called or knowne by the name of the Tythe Barne." "Estate and inheritance" of and in said barn and the tithes arising within said parish, &c., &c. Deeds of lease and release, &c., &c. Tithes. [The names and possessions of Francis Hanson (plaintiff's father), Francis Hanson (plaintiff's brother), Henry Green, (defendant's father). Deeds of lease and release made by Richd. Eburne, the elder, late of Allesley alias Ansley (Warwick), gent., and Richard Grevis, late of Mousley Hall (Worcester), Esq., and his wife Eleanor are mentioned.]: Warwick
