Touching a deed (dated 28 Dec. 1722) made between Charles Van, of Lamverne (Monmouth), Esq., of the first part; Ellen Sansome, daughter and heir of John Sansome, gent., and his wife Mary (who was daughter and heir of John Romsey, late of the city of Bristol, and his wife Mary, deceased, who was sole daughter and heir of Edmund Gamage, Esq., deceased), of the second part; Wm. Williams, of the said city of Bristol, clerk, and Wm. Aldey, of Chepstoll (Monmouth), the sole acting executors and trustees named in the last will and testament of the said John Romsey, of the third part; and Thos.
