Description

The Attorney-General v. Joseph Quash, Francis Manaton.: Value, &c., of the advowson of the parish church of Barnstaple, in the county of Devon, and of messuages, &c., in the parish of St. Olive, in the city of Exeter, formerly in the possession of Mr. Chilcott and Mr. Bussell, and of a plot of ground in Bampton (Devon), on which a messuage or inn called the Royal Oak formerly stood, and of a messuage, &c., in Bampton, formerly purchased by Joseph Quash of Geo. Shortridge, Esq., and also the value, &c., of the manor of Walkhampton, and particularly of five parts thereof ("the whole into twelve equal parts to be divided") which formerly belonged to and was the estate of the said Joseph Quash, and the value, &c., of a messuage, &c., in Great Stretton, in the county of Leicester, formerly the estate of Joseph Billars, and by him mortgaged to said Joseph Quash, and of the right of hay in the common field near the town of Leicester called "The Abbey Meadow," &c., &c. Touching the sale of the estates of said bankrupt Joseph Quash to Francis Manaton, &c., &c. [See also 4 Geo. 1., East., No. 22; 9 Geo. 1., East., No. 27; 11 Geo. 1., East., No. 6.]: London; Devon.
