Description

Thomas Nott, Esq., Jane Brooke. v. John Harris, John Brooke, Thos. Aston.: Value, &c., of the manor, capital messuage, and farm of Obden or Obden Hall, lying in the parish of Dodderhill (Worcester), lately belonging to Thomas Nott (plaintiff's father), and the value of and leases of two little tenements now or late in the possession of John Everton and Nathl Cooper, lying in or near Henbrook. Touching the plaintiff Jane's dower or third parts in said little tenements. Also touching the value, &c., of a messuage or farm called "Sagebury" in said parish of Dodderhill, &c., &c.
