Elizabeth Hawys, widow.: Value, &c., of houses, lands, &c., and a brick kiln belonging situate in Cockfield (Suffolk), lately belonging to Wm. Hawys, of Cockfield aforesaid, "Chyrurgeon" (plaintiff's late uncle and defendant's late husband). Alleged waste and spoil, &c., &c. [The evidence of Francis Hawys, of Stanton (Suffolk), surgeon (plaintiff's father), appears as one of the deponents.]: Norfolk; Suffolk.
