The Attorney-General at the relation of Francis Bayley, clerk, minister of the parish church of St. Leonards, in Bridgnorth (Salop), informant. v. Richard Cornes, clerk: Churches, &c., of St. Leonard and St. Mary Magdalen, in Bridgnorth (Salop). Touching"a stipend, pension, or yearly salary payable from the Auditor of the Exchequer, or from the Receiver of the King's Revenues, or otherwise, to the respective preachers or persons officiating as preachers" at the churches aforesaid, &c., &c. [It is stated, "that the said parishes of Saint Leonard and Mary Magdalen are both part of a `Royal Peculiar' belonging to the deanery of Bridgnorth, of which this deponent [Wm. Whitmore, of Apley (Salop), esquire] is the patron," &c., &c.: Salop
