George Prowse, gent., executor of the last will and testament of John Prowse (his late father).: Value, &c., of the real and personal estates of Morris Raymond the elder, and Morris Raymond the younger, both late of Marston Magna (Somerset), yeoman; said estate including a messuage or tenement and several closes of land in Marston Magna, which are said to have got into the hands of Thos. Snook, uncle to said Morris Raymond the younger, and said John Prowse, of Yeovil, to whom defendant is executor. Mortgages, &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Joseph Dewdney, John Higdon, clerk, and Mr. Francis, mortgagees of part of said premises, Richd. Hurford, possessor of another part under the will of said Morris Raymond the younger, a suit in Chancery between said Richd.
