Francis Eaton, of Barwick House, in the parish of Rainham (Essex), gentleman.: Agreement between plaintiff and defendant relating to a partnership in a wood called "Bushy Lees." Touching the sale of a part of said wood to Henry Old, late of the parish of St. Martin's-in-the-Fields, in the county of Middlesex, and now of Lambeth parish, in the county of Surrey, &c., &c.
