Phillip Cecill, Esq., and his wife Elizabeth, and Bowyer Cecill, spinster (an infant under the age of one-and-twenty years) by said Phillip Cecill her father and next friend. v. Chas. Crump, gent., and James Walwyn, Esq., executors of the last will and testament of Bowyer Walwyn, spinster.: Disposition of the personal estate of Bowyer Walwyn, spinster (late sister of defendant James, sister of plaintiff Elizabeth, and aunt of plaintiff Bowyer Cecill), who lived in the city of Hereford, and died in the city of London, &c., &c.
