Sir Lambert Blackwell, Bart., Sir John Eyles, Bart., Sir Thos. Cross, Bart., John Rudge, Matthew Lant, esquire, Sir Roger Hudson, knight, Edmond Halsey, esquire, John Lade, esquire, Gabriel Roberts, esquire, Sir Richard Hopkins, knight, trustees nominated and appointed by an Act of Parliament passed in the seventh year of his present Majesty's reign, for raising money on the estates of the late sub-Governor and Deputy Governor and Directors of the South Sea Company for the uses and purposes therein expressed.: Contract or agreement entered into between John Turner, late of Caister-next-Yarmouth (Norfolk), gentleman, deceased (late father of the plaintiffs Margaret, Elizabeth, Maria, and Anne), and the defendant Sir Lambert Blackwell, Bart. Touching the purchase of the marshes or marsh grounds, and marsh house, called Thurston's Marsh, &c., situate in the towns of Freethorpe and Halvergate (Norfolk). Right and title of said John Turner to said marshes. Value of said marsh grounds, &c., &c.: Norfolk
