Benjamin Woodnoth, esquire. v. The Right Hon. Richd. Viscount Cobham and Thomas Gibbs.: Rectory, vicarage, and parish of Thornborough, the estate of Anne Lady Baltinglass, at Thornborough, lands in said parish called "Bartons Chantry" or "The Chantry Pastures," in the occupation of defendant Gibbs, and the late priory of Luffield (Bucks), &c., &c. Tithes. [The names and possessions of Sir Peter Temple, Bart., and Sir Richard Temple, Bart. (the grandfather and father of defendant Cobham), Thos. Lord Acres, late Earl of Sussex, and Sir Arthur Throckmorton and his wife Dame Anne, are mentioned.]: Bucks
