Jonathan Ridge and his wife Marah. v. John Wagstaff, gent., Mary Reddish, widow, John Ingham and his wife Mary, Hannah Wheatley, widow, Alice Nicholson, widow, Richd. Hurt and his wife Deborah, "and others.": Last will and testament of John Hollingsworth, of Tintwistle (Chester), and the real and personal estate of said John and his wife Alice, who afterwards married Mr. Hudson (father and mother (Grace Squire the mother) of plaintiff Marah, of defendant Deborah, and of another younger daughter Anne); said estate lying in the counties of Chester, York, and Lancaster, and including lands, &c., in Chester county called "Godley Green," and at Tintwistle and Mottram Moor, two estates in York county called "Shepley" and "Pogmore," and a tenement, &c., in Ashton-under-Line (Lancaster) called "Sinderland" alias "Sunderland," &c., &c. Touching the payment of the portions of said daughters. Mortgages. Waste and spoil, &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Robt. Hollingsworth (son and heir of said testator John Hollingsworth), Mr. Radcliffe, Robt. Hadfield, Saml Reddish (defendant's late husband), Lord Newport, Mr. Litchfield, Danl Hilton, James Chetham, and Saml Bagshaw, of Ford (Derby), two arbitrators, are mentioned.]: Chester; York; Lancaster.
