Anthony Swymmer v. Thomas Kemp: Manor or lordship of Mould (Flint), of which the plaintiff (who is now and for years has resided at Port Royal, in the Island of Jamaica, in the West Indies) is said to be lord and owner. Touching the defendant's executionof the office of stewardship or agent of said manor, and his accounts of rents and profits received by him before his discharge from said office, &c., &c. [The names of William Norris, of the parish of Port Royal, in the Island of Jamaica, Esq., and William Bassnett, of the city of London, merchant (appointed by the plaintiff his steward of said manor), are mentioned.]: Flint; London; Jamaica (W.Indies).
