Phillis Potter, widow: Parsonage or impropriation and parish of Toot Balden (Oxford), and the defendant's farm in said parish called "Toot Balden Farm." Custom or usage in relation to the keeping of a bull or boar for the use of the inhabitants of the said parish. Clause in lease of said farm requiring the tenant to observe said custom, &c., &c. Tithes. [The names of Christopher Potter (defendant's late husband), Edward Potter (father of said Christopher), John Herverd and Wm. Muset and Thos.
