Birch, Elizth Birch, widow.: Tithes of the townships of Cockshutt, Crosemeare, and Kenwick, in the parish of Ellesmeare (Salop), and lands called "the Lea," formerly belonging to Thos. Corbet, and after him to Simon Hanmer, Esq. (plaintiff's father), and now to the plaintiff and defendant's late husband Francis Birch. Also touching a parcel of land called "the Little Almsley" (in the possession of defendant Elizabeth), of which the Duke of Bridgwater is landlord. Metes and bounds. Tithes.
