Description

William Hutchinson, Esq. v. Miles Monkhouse and his wife Catherine, Reginald Scaife, Isabel Shutt.: Treaty between plaintiff and defendants touching defendants selling to plaintiff certain annuities payable at His Majesty's receipt of Exchequer at Westminster. Delivery of tallys or orders belonging to said annuities. South Sea Company. "Second subscription of annuities for ninety-nine years and other long annuities." Value of stock of said company, &c., &c. [The names of Thos. Carleton, John Robinson, of Appleby (Westmoreland), Henry Askill, of Warcop (Westmoreland), yeoman, Thos. Alderson, of Baldersdale (York), the last will and testament of Reginald Stedman, Jas. Scaife, and Thomas Harrison, are mentioned.] [See also 9 Geo. 1., East., No. 13.]: Durham
