John Boyes and his wife Anne. v. Matthew Ellis, William Ellis.: Vicarage and parish of Driffield (York). Tithes. [The names of Henry Drinkraw, of Great Driffield (York), grocer (former husband of plaintiff Anne), and indenture of lease between James Hall, D.D., late chantor or precentor of the cathedral and metropolitical church of St. Peter, York, and prebendary of the prebend of Driffield within said church, of the first part, Thos. Hutton, of the Inner Temple, London, Esq., of the second part, and Geo. Colebach, clerk, vicar of Driffield, and Francis Taylor, of York, gent., of the third part, of the prebend or parsonage of Driffield (York), with the scite of the manor house, &c., for the natural lives of said Thos. Hutton, and of Wm. Jessop, of Broom Hall (York), Esq., Francis Fawks, of Farnley (Notts), Esq., Thos. Hutton, of Popleton (York), Esq. (late father of said lessee), and a lease of said prebend made by said Thos.
