The Right Hon. Anne Lady Viscountess Carrington and Mary Herbert, spinster, commonly called the Lady Mary Herbert v. Richd. Cantillon, senr., Richard Cantillon, junr., John Hughes, Francis Moore, John Shuckburgh: Banking business in Paris carried on in partnership between defendants Cantillon, Hughes, and others. Banking transactions between plaintiffs and defendants. Money borrowed by the plaintiff Lady Mary. "Primes" in the French India Company, representing a certain number of "actions" in said Company, put into the hands of defendant Hughes by said plaintiff. Sale of said "Actions," &c., &c.
