The Hon. William Steuart, esquire v. Sir Cleave More, Bart: Manors of Kirkdale and Bootle alias Bootyl (Lancaster), the half part of the manor of Much Charleton alias Carleton, the twenty-fourth part of the manor of Little Crosby, and the demesnes belonging, and messuages, &c., "of one George More," situate in the towns, fields, &c., of Lancaster, Kirkdale, Bootle alias Bootyl, Leverpool, Fazackerley, Linakter, Litherland, Orrell, Little Crosby, Morehouses, West Derby, Ditton, Preston in Amounderness, Kirkby nigh Knowlesly, Walton near Liverpool, Windle, Sorby, Sefton, Wharton, Whetham, Much Charleton, Everton, and Ellell (Lancaster). And also lands, &c., of said George More and the defendant Sir Cleave More, situate in Chester city and in Wallary (Chester), and all other lands; &c., in the said counties heretofore the estate of the defendant Sir Cleave More, or of his late father Sir Edward More, &c., &c.
