Description

Joseph Corbett, the younger v. Saml Turton, Thos. Man, Thos. Search, John Perkins, John Councer, "in the bill called John Councell," Richd. Drury, Thos. Smith, "being usually called Court alias Smith," "seven of the defts.": Messuage or tenement and lands in Thorpe in the Mire, in the parish of Ludford (Lincoln), formerly in the possession of Abraham Arlidge, late of the parish of St. Andrew's, Holborn (Middlesex), carpenter, and since in the occupation of Richard Taylor. Touching lands in Lincolnshire, given by said Arlidge "to be disposed of in several charitable uses in Kenilworth (Warwick).": Warwick; Lincoln; Middlesex
