Edward Cuthbert, clerk. v. John Butler, Wm. Pleydell, Mary Rich, Fras. Skilling, widow.: Vicarage and parish of Cricklade St. Sampson's (Wilts). "Exhibition allowance" or annual sum of money claimed as due to the vicar from the farmers or occupiers of lands in said parish, heretofore parcel of the forest of Braydon, &c., &c. [The lands of "the deft. Charles Cox, Esq.," Mr. Duart's estate, "the estate heretofore Mr. Phillip Jacobson's," "the estate heretofore Mr. Sewster's" are mentioned as liable for the payment of 40l. annually to said vicar on said account, &c., &c. Tithes. The names and possessions of John Sutton, owner of a close in said forest called "Castelman's Close," "Edwd. Nott, Esq., late grandfather of the deft. John Nott," John Packer, senr., of the Leigh (Wilts), yeoman, occupier of lands called "The hundred acres," in said forest, which belong to the poor of Cricklade Saint Sampson's, "Thos.
