Sancta Taylor, widow, and John Taylor (an infant) by the said Sancta his mother, guardian, and next friend. v. Robert Oates, gent.: Manors of Fulford and Heslington, in the county of York. Touching the last will and testament of Thos. Taylor (late fatherof plaintiff John), late lord of said manor of Fulford, in succession to Wm. Taylor his grandfather and John Taylor (his father), who were former lords of said manor. Touching the lands of Robert Redman, Thos. Redman and his daughter Elizabeth Redman, Susannah Redman (who became the wife of Robert Clarke) and Frances Redman (who became the wife of Noel Barton), both sisters of said Thomas Redman, all formerly of Water Foulford (York), said lands being parcel of the said manors of Fulford and Heslington (York). Touching the purchase of said lands of said Clark and Barton by the defendant Robert Oates. Rents of assize, &c., claimed by plaintiff as due to the lords of said manors, &c., &c.: York
