Joseph Mede, gent.: Execution by Joseph Mede, of New Sarum (Wilts), deceased (defendant's late father), of the office of under-shrievalty to John Flower of West Grinsted (Wilts), who was sheriff of the county of Wilts in 1704-5, and an alleged agreement between them touching said under-sheriff allowing said sheriff "any and what part of the profits arising out of the said office," &c., &c.: Wilts
