Sir John Williams, of Pengethley (Hereford), Bart., Thos. Jones, Esq., Anne Hurleston, Mary Hurleston, Penelope Hurleston, and Elizth Hurleston, daughters and co-heirs of John Hurleston, esquire, deceased (all of them being infants under the age of twenty years) by the said Sir John Williams their grandfather and next friend, Thos. Price, Esq., Wm. Massie, Esq., of Chester city, and Thos. Symonds, esquire, of Sugwas (Hereford). v. Samuel Tuffnall, Esq., "and others.': Validity, &c., of the last will and testament of John Hurleston, Esq. (dated 11 Feb. 1717) which was signed, &c., by said John, at his capital messuage or dwelling house in Newton (Chester), &c., &c.: Chester; Hereford
