Gilbert, late Earl of Coventry. And also adminstratrix of her son the Right Hon. Thos. late Earl of Coventry, Thos. Savage, Esq., and his wife, the Right Hon. Eliz. Countess Dowager of Coventry, the relict, sole executrix, and residuary legatee of the Right Hon. Thos., late Earl of Coventry, father of the said late Earls Thomas and Gilbert, and Sir Wm. Carew, Bart., and his wife Anne, sole daughter and executrix of said Earl Gilbert. v. Sir Thos. Cookes Winford, Bart.: Manor and park of Feckenham ("the priviledges of the forest of Feckenham only excepted"). Touching a claim to fee-farm or quitrent for lands called "The Mill" and "Pooles," and a close called "The Court Close," formerly belonging to Thos. Vernon, commonly called "Register Vernon," and said to have been purchased by defendant's ancestors, &c., &c.: Worcester
