Description

Wm. Borrett, junr., gent. v. Jacob Gomes Serra: Manor of Epsom (Surrey). Touching the plaintiff's right and title to the house and gardens situate upon Clayhill, in the parish of Epsom, in the county of Surrey. Agreement between the plaintiff and defendant for the sale and purchase of said premises. A recovery of said premises said to have been suffered by Jas. Bourn, late of Bookham (Surrey). Who were the relations and descendants "of old Edmund Bourn," &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Ann Bourn (wife of the eldest son of said "old Edmund Bourn"), Edmund Bourn, late of Cobham (Surrey), warrener, Joseph Bourn, son of Edmd Bourn, John Rumsby, of Clayhill, Epsom (plaintiff's next door neighbour), are mentioned.] [See also 8 Geo. 1., East., No. 13, and No. 24 in this term.]: London; Surrey.
