Touching the plaintiff's right and title to the house and gardens situate upon Clayhill, in the parish of Epsom, in the county of Surrey. Agreement between the plaintiff and defendant for the sale and purchase of said premises. A recovery of said premises said to have been suffered by Jas. Bourn, late of Bookham (Surrey). Who were the relations and descendants "of old Edmund Bourn," &c., &c.
