Description

The Attorney-General at the relation of Cornelius Wilkinson. v. Nicholas Starkie, Esq.: Rectory, vicarage, and parish of Lancaster, lands within the forest or "pretended forest" of Quarmore (Lancaster), the priory of Lancaster, and the monastery of Sion (Middlesex). Metes and bounds. Customs of said forest. Tithes, &c., &c. [The names and possessions of Sir Robert Bindlos, Bart., the Lady Rebecca Bindlos his wife, Wm. Standish, of Standish (Lancaster), Esq., Sir John Paulet, son and heir of the Right Hon. the Lord Paulet, Wm. Ayloffe, Esq., Peter Richant, Esq., (afterwards Sir Robt. Bindlos), and Francis Bindlos, Esq. (grandfather and father to said Sir Robt. Bindlos, Bart.), William Parkinson, Thos. Thomlinson, Margaret Thompson, Jas. Towers, and Robert Towers are mentioned.]: Lancaster; Middlesex.
