Description

Michael Hutchinson, D.D. v. Mary Hutchinson, widow.: Value, &c., of the estate of Thomas Tomlinson, gent. (defendant's late father); the said estate including lands, &c., situate in Gargrave and Kirkburne (York), houses in York city, and fee-farm rents issuing out of lands in the county of York. Touching money borrowed by said Thomas Tomlinson (on mortgage) of Robert Oakes, of the city of York, gent., &c., &c. Touching also the estate in York, London, and elsewhere of John Hutchinson, of London, haberdasher (brother of plaintiff and defendant's late husband), who went into partnership with Wm. Trubshaw, of King Street, Cheapside, London, haberdasher, &c., &c. [An estate in Skerne (York), left to defendant by her former husband, Benjamin Phillips, of Skerne, is mentioned.] [See also 8 & 9 Geo. 1., Trin., No. 7; and Nos. 28, 30, and 37 in this term.]: York
