Description

John Puddicomb and his wife Sarah v. George Woolley: Last will and testament of George Beere, of Axmister (Devon), and the leasehold estate of the said Geo. Beere and his wife Christian (late father and mother of the plaintiff Sarah), in the parish of Beamister (Dorset), and a leasehold estate called the Ship Inn, in the parish of Axmister (Devon), &c., &c. [The name of James Beere (son of said George) is mentioned.] [See also 9. Geo. 1., Hil., No. 14.]: Devon; Dorset.
