Joseph Drake, "a pauper." v. Wm. Scaplen, Joseph Biles.: "Trade or dealings in partnership" of the plaintiff and defendant Biles between the Isle of Wight and France. Prosecution of plaintiff by the collector of customs of Cowes (Isle of Wight), "for running wool to France," &c., &c. Writs of execution issued for seizing plaintiff's goods, &c. Mortgages of plaintiff's houses, &c., called "Dubecks," "Cocktens," &c., situate in Carisbrook (Isle of Wight), to Elizabeth Temple, widow, and Richd. Reynolds, late of the parish of Brixton (Isle of Wight), yeoman, and assignment of said mortgage by Elizth Temple, of Freshwater (Isle of Wight), spinster (daughter and administratrix of said Elizth Temple, widow), and by said Reynolds to Wm. Spanner, of Chale (Isle of Wight), yeoman, and assignment of same by said Wm. Spanner to defendant Scaplen, &c., &c. Value of said houses, &c., &c.
