John Smith and his wife Anne. v. Stephen Edney, John Nalder, Wm. Roach.: Garden grounds situate in Saint Margaret's, in the parish of Preshut (Wilts), lately in the possession of John Greenway, of said parish, gardener, and now of defendant Edney. Mortgage or "pretended" mortgage, &c., &c. [The names of Joan Greenway (plaintiff Anne's mother), John Greenway (plaintiff Anne's brother), Francis Nalder, and Elizabeth Eliot (plaintiff Anne's sister) are mentioned.] [See also 9 Geo. 1., Hil., No. 22.]: Wilts
