"To the seaventh interr'y this dep't saith that in regard he is unacquainted with the tobacco trade and haveing little or noe concerne that way, he cannott sett forth what the severall prices of tobacco were in Bideford in the month of July one thousand seven hundred and nineteen if the same was to be exported to Guernsey or any other forreigne ports. But hath heard and believes that the price thereof p'pound weight (the seller takeing the debenture or drawback for the same) was about three pence farthing p'pound in the said month of July one thousand seven hundred and nineteen.
