Description

Mary Hutchinson, widow. v. Michael Hutchinson, D.D., William Trubshaw, haberdasher.: Value, &c., of the estate of Thomas Tomlinson, gent. (plaintiff's late father), said estate including lands, &c., situate in Gargrave and Kirkburne (York), houses in York city, and fee-farm rents issuing out of lands in the county of York. Touching money borrowed by said Thomas Tomlinson on mortgage of Robert Oakes, of the city of York, gent., &c., &c. Touching also the estate in York, London, and elsewhere of John Hutchinson, of London, haberdasher (brother of defendant and plaintiff's late husband), who went into partnership with the now defendant Wm. Trubshaw, of King Street, Cheapside, London, haberdasher, &c., &c. [See also 8 & 9 Geo. 1., Trin., No. 7, and Nos. 30, 35, and 37 in this term.]: York; London.
