John Thurston, gent. v. Henry Wright: Sheep delivered by the plaintiff's order at defendant's house in Brookstreet, near Brentwood (Essex), and sold by him on plaintiff's account, at the rate of 13s. per head, to the dissatisfaction of the plaintiff, whohad instructed him not to sell any more under 17s. per head. Accounts between plaintiff and defendant, &c., &c. [See also 9 Geo. 1., East., No. 22; 10 Geo. 1., Mich., No. 34; 11 Geo. 1., Mich., No. 25.]: Suffolk; Essex; London.
