Thomas Gould v. Adam Martin: Plaintiff's claim to a "head" rent of 10s. issuing, due, or payable out of the farm and lands called "Bayards Farm," situate in the parish of Upisey (Dorset), now in defendant's occupation, &c., &c. [A lease and release datedrespectively 10th and 11th March 1690 from Robert Symonds, of East Knighton (Dorset), yeoman, unto Charles Meadon the elder, and Robt. Slade, of lands in Upway and Weberhouse (Dorset), and a lease and release dated respectively the 22nd and 23rd March 1691, and made between Chas. Meadon, Robt. Slade, and Elizth Symonds, of the one part, and James Gould (the now plaintiff) of the other part, and the names and possessions of James Frampton, Thos. Symonds, senr., and John Bryer, and of Katherine Martin (former owner of said farm), are mentioned.]: Dorset
