Barnaby Dover v. John Atkinson, Robt. Atkinson.: Value, &c., of the real and personal estate of John Dover, of Brampton, near Applebye (Westmoreland), yeoman (plaintiff's late father), who was seized and possessed of messuages, &c., "within the manor of Brampton, now held under the Right Hon. the Earl of Thanet, Geo. Baker and Edwd. Backhouse, Esqrs., respective and distinct lords thereof." Mortgage, &c., &c. Alleged neglect of said premises in bad husbandry and want of repairs. [The names of John Atkinson, senr., of Cullercoats (Westmoreland), gent. (defendant's late father), and Anne Dover (plaintiff's grandmother) are mentioned.]: Westmoreland.
